End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and OurCrew ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the OurCrew Deposits application ("Application").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for your internal business purposes.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authentication. By using this Application, you authorize us to:

  • Access your QuickBooks Online account data in read-only mode
  • Retrieve deposit and bank account information
  • Store authentication tokens securely to maintain your connection

4. Data Access and Use

The Application accesses your QuickBooks data solely for the purpose of identifying and displaying deposit transactions matching "Deposit Made in a Branch/Store." We do not modify, delete, or alter any data in your QuickBooks account.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Share your access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Application to violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of OurCrew. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OURCREW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

9. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting the Application from your QuickBooks account and ceasing all use. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement.

10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
