OurCrew ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OurCrew Deposits application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 QuickBooks Data

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access:

  • Bank account information (account names and IDs)
  • Deposit transactions and related details
  • Company identification (Realm ID)

1.2 Authentication Data

We store:

  • OAuth access tokens (encrypted)
  • OAuth refresh tokens (encrypted)
  • QuickBooks Realm ID

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Retrieve and display deposit transactions from your QuickBooks account
  • Filter deposits matching "Deposit Made in a Branch/Store"
  • Maintain your authenticated session with QuickBooks
  • Run automated daily scans for new deposits

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud Platform services:

  • Google Cloud Firestore: Used to store authentication tokens and cached deposit data
  • Google Cloud Secret Manager: Used to store sensitive credentials
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Google Cloud Platform for hosting and data storage
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your QuickBooks account is connected to our Application. When you disconnect:

  • Authentication tokens are immediately deleted
  • Cached deposit data is retained for 90 days for audit purposes, then deleted

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect: Revoke our access to your QuickBooks account at any time
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

7. Third-Party Services

Our Application integrates with QuickBooks Online, which is governed by Intuit's privacy policy. We encourage you to review Intuit's privacy practices at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies only for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that collect personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
